SMS Terms of Use

These SMS Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS program (the “Program”) of Belinda Arroyo Law Office (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms.

 

1. Program Description

The Program is an SMS-based service that allows us to send you promotional, transactional, or informational messages via text message.

2. Enrollment and Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to the Program, you consent to receive SMS messages from us. Your consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

The number of SMS messages you receive may vary depending on your activity and preferences. We will specify the expected frequency when you opt-in, if applicable.

4. Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier.

5. Opt-Out

You can opt out of the Program at any time by replying “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

6. Help

For assistance, reply “HELP” to any SMS message you receive from us or contact us at (214) 631-3500.

7. Supported Carriers

The Program is supported by most major mobile carriers in the United States. However, we do not guarantee delivery by all carriers.

8. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date. You are also responsible for any charges incurred as a result of your participation in the Program.

 

9. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your information.

10. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Program is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Program, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the Program.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on our website or via SMS. Your continued participation in the Program after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
